Looking for hotel in Tampa pre cruise!

Looking for hotel in Tampa pre cruise ( for Oct 2nd 2005 Miracle from carnival), was looking into information at Tampa Riverwalk Hotel - any opionions? I was told it is 15mins from air port and 5mins from port!!:)

We were on Carnival Miracle in February. We stayed at Grand Hyatt (which we got through Hotwire). It was one of the nicest hotels I have ever been in. The service was outstanding. The staff new us all by name. The beds were super comfortable. We took their shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The next day, we took a cab to the cruiseport (fare was about $20).

I have been reading, reading just dont know which location is best. Thanks for everyones imput.
