If a cabin looks bigger on the layout, is it?

I am looking at Spirirt cabin choices. Room 4498 looks twice as big as the others. Could this be & if so, why has no one else chosen it?

It's a handicap accessible room.

 

It is the only accessible Oceanview on that ship.

The Spirit has only 5 accessible cabins, 1 oceanview and 4 inside cabins

I've been wondering that for my cabin on the Getaway as well. I'm booked in 15100 which looks bigger than the other H5 rooms on that deck. It doesn't show as handicapped accessible. Is it bigger?
