Booking a Tuesday Special Onboard

There is a cruise I have my eye on that is on next weeks sale. I can book it before I leave or book onboard. I don't know if there is any benefit to waiting because it states in the fine print that the sale prices are not combinable with any other offers. Does anyone have any experience with this? Did you ever book a Tuesday special onboard and get the onboard booking credit as well as the sale price? Thanks.

Yes, I've done that before, but it was sometime last year, so I don't know for sure if the rules have changed, but I don't think so. The Tuesday sale prices have always been combinable with C&A perks.
