Fishing in St. Thomas - anyone have any info?

My DH and I will be in St. Thomas in October. It is our third time there so we have done the tour, gone shopping etc. He is an avid fisherman. He would love to go fishing in St. Thomas. I checked the list of excursions for our cruise line - nothing listed. Any suggestions? Thanks
