shuttle to whale watching tours January

Does POA have shuttles from the dock in Kahului Maui to the other of the side of the island where the whale watching tours are? We are going in January 2015. Thanks Jennifer

I believe those tours leave from Lahaina? If so, the only shuttle I am aware of would be the POA tour, Lahaina On Your Own. I'm not sure if it would mesh with your tour hours.

 

The other option would be to rent a car. The rental shuttles are available at the cruise dock and you can keep the car overnight or return it the same day. Rates are very reasonable and many people do this in lieu of tours. Lahaina is an easy 40 minute or so drive from the ship, and you can then use the car to explore as you wish after the tour.
