Locals can spot a tourist a mile away, band or no band lol. I was at WDW this past NYE and my daughter and I loved them!! The whole Big Brother paranoia issue seems a bit ridiculous. As someone stated previously, NCL is already tracking our spending and habits via the key cards. Heck, even the butler and cabin stewards want to know your comings and goings. It was a great idea for Disney, but cruising may be more of a challenge.
