Time to arrive before cruise

My family and I are driving to Port Canaveral for a cruise on 8/9 aboard the Liberty. As I booked today I was unable to get FTTF because it was sold out. My plan is to try to be at the terminal at approx. 10 am. Is this too early, or because I'm there early I'll get on earlier. What do you experienced cruisers do?

10 might be a little early, but if you don't mind waiting in the terminal, then it'll be fine. I'm not sure what time they even start letting people in the terminal. I think in the past, we've gotten there about 10:30, and are usually on by 11:30. It all depends on how many weddings, FTTF and other parties will go ahead of you.

I agree with 10:30 am. Have cruised out of PC on several ships and 10:30 to 10:45 am seems to be the sweet spot. Yes, you will have to wait but you will be one of the first groups to board after the wedding/Platinum groups.
