Whales or Glacier in Juneau, AK?

We will be in Juneau the 3rd week in September, and wanted to plan one activity, and leave some unscheduled time. Between Whale watching and the Mendenhall Glacier, what are your preferences? :confused: Any input is appreciated.

We booked with Harv and Marvs (6 people per boat) for the whale watch. Afterwards, they brought us by the glacier then back to town. Had plenty of time for town. If you want to spend more time at the glacier, you can shuttle back to town.

When we were there last we didn't dock until about 1:30 pm. We had time for both. We booked with Orca and after the whale watching, they dropped us at the glacier for an hour. Then we still had some time back in town as we we had an all aboard of 9pm

Same. One time we went back on the shuttle bus after Harv & Marv dropped us off, the other time we just stayed the 15 minutes or so and continued back into town. Two birds, one stone!:D
