We are cruising on Insignia in November and made a request for Pepsi products in our fridge. Initially our TA told us that there might be a fee but called into O and was told that not only would they stock our fridge with diet Pepsi but also have it available throughout the ship. Thanks O! :

Just a follow up. I actually called Oceania today and questioned them about the pre-order of the soda. Had a great representative Mikela, who took down my request, and said there was no charge.

Oceania generally does not charge for specific types of Soda to be stocked on the ships, but when a requested brand is not available in a region of the World where the ship is being provisioned, the passenger will be asked if they prefer to accept a substitute or pay a fee to get their original choice.

 

Some people are VERY particular about their soda pop, and there are a heck of a lot of varieties out there :o
