Plenty of cabins left...

For my Eastern Med cruise scheduled Aug this year, I was playing on the 'X' web site and it seems there are quite a few cabins still available at all levels. The pricing seems a bit weird too..inside cabins are more costly than balcony cabins...?

 

So I though, cabins still available = less people on the ship, making it a less crowed, no queues, fights for sun beds etc...

 

Or on the other hand, more demand for the cheapo cabins (like ours) might push us to a free upgrade..?

 

Not sure what to hope for really > ?? Apart of course for a wonderful cruise, cos I'm not that bothered either way..just curious of how the 'dark art' of free upgrades work.:cool:

I had a free upgrade on our last cruise , booked a gty inside end up with a 1b , how , I really do not know, maybe my good looks :D

See, i've already got a GTY upgrade from an inside to a 2A balcony so i'm happy!

I'm just being greedy and sniffing for double upgrade ... but I guess that depends on the demand..

August is a long way off yet; they'll fill those cabins.

I really wound not count on a double upgrade. A single one is hard to come by. As stated August us a long way off, they will most likely fill most of those cabins. Enjoy your cruise
