Does Celebrity (in particular the Sun) have the Kiosks onboard that can be used to manage your Sail and Sign account? (check charges, add cash etc)

I assume that you are referring to Celebrity Summit... Celebrity does not have a ship named Sun...

 

On Celebrity, you can check your onboard account via the interactive TV in your stateroom...

Yes summit. My phone hates me. So I'm assuming cash has to be added at customer service?

If you're not backing your Sign and Sail card with a credit card, but with cash, you go to Guest Services to add more cash to your account. You will get a call from Guest Services when your cash on account gets down to a certain point. You will then have to go and give them more cash.
