Can I use on board credit in casino?

I have >$1,000 on board credit due to price reductions. Can I go to casino, get cash, have it charged to my room, and pay with on board credit?

Not exactly sure what you are asking but you can use the slot machine to transfer OBC to your machine , play a few times and then upload the money to your players club account. You can then take your card to the casino cage cashier and get the funds in cash. If you have OBC, carnival will use it first for all on ship purchases such as bubbles card, cheers program, fun shops or visits to the steak house.

We do this every cruise. Don't forget to cash out you Players Club Account the last night of your cruise.

The OBC will be used to pay your onboard expenses--gratuities, drinks, spa, etc.

You can take money off your Sail and Sign account from any slot machine in the casino. (Transfer from S&S to Player's Bank, then cash out at the cage.). If you do directly from the cage or table there will be a 3%charge.

Yes, but if you go to the cage to get cash, you will be charged a 3% fee. You can download money from your onboard account to your player account at any slot machine and then either use the money at the slot machines or cash it out at the cage.
