For the Royal Replenish, does that include unlimited bottled water? And are premium coffees unlimited as well?

Yes to both questions, though the limit you to one beverage at a time.

As my DW and DD both had the packages, any time we needed bottled water they would get 1 each. No limit on how many you can have on cruise, but only 1 per transaction per RR package purchased.

They never ordered any coffee as I had all the coffee I needed in CL and DL.
