Downloading Pictures on the Statendam

Does the Statendam have a facility to download pictures from my digital camera and store them on a CD or should I go out and buy an additional compact flash card for extra memory? I want to make sure I'm not limited in picture taking during our upcoming Alaska land tour and inside passage cruise.

I'm not sure that all my friends that I'll bore with my many pictures will thank you for the information, but I certainly do.

I believe almost all ships now have the ability to download from your digital camera card and create a CD. I haven't been on the Statendam but the Maasdam which I was on recently offered this service.

Have a great cruise.

I don't know if they are able to put your pictures on a CD or not, but I would sure think they could. I don't know how you usually store your pictures but if you store on CD or other media, you probably would be better off with additional CF cards.
