Montego Bay - Group of eight - varying desires and activity levels - desire counsel

We are a group of eight porting in Montego Bay on the Magic. Four couples. Two couples in their 30s and two in their 50s. The 30 year olds are desiring more adventure (zip line, cliff jump, etc) and the older folks have had recent surgeries and are less mobile. Any suggestions on going to a super adventurous place where some can sit and observe while others can go crazy. We would love to NOT ride in a bus for over an hour and definitely want to return to the ship with one hour to spare. We would love suggestions. Thanks in advance.

I just heard of a new place in/near Montego Bay called River Bumpkin Farm. Looks like they have some of the things you are looking for and might be enjoyable for those that want less adventure.
