Taino Beach - Carnival all inclusive?

This may be better for port board...but I do not recall seeing this on our cruise in December. Has anyone done this before and if so I have a couple of questions.

1. What water sports are included?

2. Are the food and drinks worth it?

3. Is it relaxing or is it full of the "all you can drink" party crowd.

4. Is this a Carnival only destination or do all cruise lines go to it?

5. Also --- We will be in Freeport for 7 hours, but carnival only has this listed as a 4.5 (3.5 on the beach d/t 30 min r/t)...can we stay longer..or are we made to leave on there schedule?

Thanks

This is just my OPINION....

We did this years ago. From what I remember, it was not worth it. The food was awful and covered in flies. Water sports...the only thing I remember back then, was jet skies. (not included)

Of course you MAY stay longer...but you would have to find your own way back.

No....I do not recall it as being a "party" crowd.

Wow you have really not been in a while. They have made really nice improvements to this area. There are other things you can do on the beach or on land they have basketball, volleyball, pingpong, chess in the water they have kayaks, trampoline, jet skis.

Now the drinks are free flowing and it really just depends on the crowd the food is nice and it was always covered when I went and I HATE flies. I had fun and would go again.
