When traveling to Juneau, Skagway, Glacier Bay, Ketchikan and Victoria. Port or Starboard. We will be traveling on the NCL Pearl.

Won't make a difference . Between Seattle and Alaska or Alaska to Victoria you'll be to far at sea to see anything . The scenery in Alaska to great on both sides of the ship.

We were port side on our roundtrip out of Seattle a week or so ago. I agree that for actual cruising and in Glacier Bay it doesn't matter which side as the ship will spin around several times to give everyone a great view. We were on the Westerdam and for Juneau, Ketchikan and Victoria the port side faced the city which were lovely views. It looked to me that most other ships did the same thing. So if that matters to you, I would choose port.
