Tips for Tours

We have booked 2 tours with All Around Italy. We found families on our roll call to share them, making our groups 7, and one of 8. What is the "proper" tip for our driver, Fabrizio? And we have a private guide, provided by them, for Pompeii. What should we give him? I want to be sure the other families have the correct amount, also. Thanks in advance

10% is generally accepted as a good tip-round up to nearest 5 or 10
