Can you get extra stateroom keys at check in or do you have to get from guest services?

 

We had to get them at guest services.. It was one reason we loved FTTF because when we went to get them, there was a massive line of people waiting to switch rooms, issue with rooms, etc. and we walked right up, got new keys and were done within 3 minutes... Another person tried to jump line and stood behind us, when we walked away, the guy told him that the line was only for FTTF, Platinum and Diamond guests. The people in line wouldn't even let him back in where he was and he had to go to the very back of the regular line...

The Guest Services desk will happily provide you a VIN key. VIN keys are for room access, only. One person from the stateroom needs to be there at the time it is made.

Depends On The Port And The Person Helping You, WE Had Them Issued At The Check In Desk The Told Next Cruise Same Port To Get Them On Board.
