Show times on Solstice

We will be sailing to Alaska at the end of August and have Select dining. We would like to coordinate our first evening dinner with the show times. Are there two shows as on other cruises and if so, what are the times? We've always done late seating previously which I believe is 8:30. Still true?

Loved the review, had some free time on my hands so I took all the PDFs and merged them. I am doing the Solstice on July, getting really excited.

I found this on another thread and thought you might find the information from the dailies helpful. I used it when selecting my dining times.
