Booking In -Expense Account

Greetings

They scan your card when you check-in and it need not be the same card you entered. I don't think the pre check-in info really matters except to decide if there are separate accounts for each person or a single account for the room. Even this is easily handled at check-in.

Good Sailing

Tom

Is it necessary to complete the Expense Account entry on the booking in web page?

Check that you want a cash account, you then will not be asked for a card number. You can decide when you check in if you want to continue on a cash basis, deposit required, or put a credit card on your account when you check in.
