How EARLY can you EMBARK on the MARINER?

We have our cruise docs for our trip in May on the Mariner up the Pacific Coast.

 

As always, the docs say that you cannot embark earlier than 3:00 p.m.

 

I'd love to know what your other RSSC cruisers have experienced and HOW EARLY CAN YOU "GET ON BOARD?"

Last few cruises, Voyager, Navigator, and Mariner have been able to board at noon, although the cabins are not ready till 2 or 3.
