Unfortunately the number you will have been using re-directs to Guatamala.... sometimes feels you could fly there quicker sometimes.... I'm sure I'm not the only one who resists having to call them for advice.... still waiting on a response to an email I sent pre cruise and that has been and gone already....

One query was with regard to shore excursions. I got very poor unresolved communication from them and the web reservations people.

 

I've also used the same UK email address Bob posted and received no response; the email didn't bounce.
