sparkyvoltron Posted May 5, 2004 #1 Share Posted May 5, 2004 What is included in the in suite bar setup and what, if anything, is the cruise line's policy about bringing your own booze?
Fogmalkin Posted May 6, 2004 #2 Share Posted May 6, 2004 You will equipped with a one time complimentary bar set-up with your choice of spirits, consisting of 2 full sized (not airline miniature) bottles of alcohol or wine per suite, or one bottle of premium (i.e. Grey Goose). The mini fridge is stocked with juice, mixers, bottled water and soft drinks of your preference and replenished daily at no charge. RSSC has no restrictions whatsoever as to guests bringing their own "booze" on board. This leaves you free to pick up that interesting bottle or six pack of local brew, and enjoy it during your cruise if you so desire. If you wish to bring a special bottle of wine to enjoy with dinner there will be no corkerage charge. dougburns Posted May 15, 2004 #3 Share Posted May 15, 2004 Only exception to Suzanne's post is that you get 4 bottles/segment in Cat A penthouse and above on Voyager. Standard setup is a bottle of Dewars scotch, one of Beefeaters gin, one of Absolut vodka and one of Bacardi rum. You can adjust as you wish. Aloha Cruiser Posted May 16, 2004 #4 Share Posted May 16, 2004 Hi Doug: Thanks for that great update, you always have the scoop !! Hope your trip on Voyager was wonderful. We're set to depart in a couple of days on Mariner and we're in a PENTHOUSE A. Does that bar set up you mentioned apply to Mariner as well? Just curious. Mahalo nui loa.
