How much is a bucket of beer?

I keep reading that it's cheaper to buy beer by the bucket - but what does that cost? LOL - and what exactly is BEER BY THE BUCKET?!? The only bucket I'm able to imagine is a mop bucket :eek:

 

We leave on Saturday, and I'm just trying to figure out a few last things. ;)

Beer cost $3.95 for a domestic bottle. So you can see by buying the bucket, you save a bit....you basically save a couple of dollars.

We have that UMMMM BEEEEERRRR bottle opener too! It is so funny!

 

Many times, they have Bucket Beer specials. One cruise, when you ordered two Miller Genuine Draft buckets you got a free Tshirt and a Glass Mug. Always ask the server if there is a bucket special!

 

(I think they were 14.00 each bucket - we saved the second bucket for the next day and kept the beers on ice!)
