Dorie7 Posted August 12, 2014 #1 Share Posted August 12, 2014 H3 apparently has an 'enclosed balcony'. It is also on the front of the ship. Would it be better to move from H3 to H4? Worried about both having access to fresh air on the balcony and possible seasickness. Thank you.
Ilovesailing Posted August 12, 2014 #2 Share Posted August 12, 2014 You don't say what ship and time of year your cruising would be helpful, in order to look up some pics. Looking at your profile I guessed it was the Jade but there are no cabins on deck
Nalagh Posted August 12, 2014 #3 Share Posted August 12, 2014 You don't say what ship and time of year your cruising would be helpful, in order to look up some pics.Looking at your profile I guessed it was the Jade but there are no cabins on deck 14 Yes, on all of the Jewel class ships the Haven is located on deck 14. However, there is not a single H3 in the fleet with a truly enclosed balcony. The OS on the Jade has 2 balconies, both will be open-air. http://www.ncl.com/cruise-ship/jade/staterooms/2/the%20haven#tab_detail Hope this helps, Cherie

Nalagh Posted August 12, 2014 #5 Share Posted August 12, 2014 (edited) H3 is the Haven Owners Suite Yes, and on the Jewel class ships are located on deck 9 and 10 forward. The Epic does not have OSs, the Breakaway and Getaway only have 2 each and the balcony is open air. The only completely enclosed balconies are on the Epic and they are Deluxe Owners Suites and a few other forward suites.
