Problems slogging into my ncl?

Has anybody else been having trouble logging into my ncl to look at their reservation? Every time I try to log in it says that there isn't anything reservations matching the info givin, I've even tried clicking on forgot my password and that doesn't help. Just wondering if anybody else is having the same issue

The whole website was down yesterday. I was right in the middle of filling out a survey and got the big "Uh-Oh screen". Tried just going to ncl.com and got the same screen. It is very temperamental...keep trying.
