Zuki - Loved your comment about moving to FL to be closer to ports. We moved further south in FL for just that fact - ok, it was just one of the reasons. The 11-hour drive from Pensacola was getting harder the older we got so now we have just a few hours to drive.

My DH has done only about 50% of the cruising I've done. He got bitten badly by the cruise bug on our first cruise. Every time we discuss taking vacation he wants a cruise. I'm now at a point where I want a break from cruising. So far, we continue to cruise :)

Paul: Yes we've been looking at all those "bargains" looks like December will be our Mexico trip. Just looking at air fares. I told DH we need to move to FL so we are near a port!

 

Mexico by land or sea? We live in California and still get to Mexico once every couple of years, go to Vegas once or twice a year and do 1 cruise a year. Cruising has become our #1 choice for vacationing but we still enjoy the others.

 

Sometimes I feel like we neglect Hawaii, but Hawaii has not taken it personally.

Took me 5 years to talk DH into taking a cruise, now after 11 cruises I can't seem to get him from cruising. What a problem to have ;)

We love it so much that I wish I were a cartoon character and could go splat against the walls when we enter our cabin. :D

We just completed our first cruise on HAL to Alaska this past July. Loved it so much we booked another cruise to Alaska for next June

 

Today my DH says, I just want to be sitting on my deck looking at the ocean.

 

Now I'm watching for "hot deals" for Oct/Nov.

 

Me thinks we are in too deep to back out now:D

I think we once tried a 12 step program here, but alas, it didn't work.

 

The only twelve step program that works involve the last eleven steps up the gangplank to your ship!!:eek:

 

At least you will feel some comfort knowing that you are not alone.
