Milk(?) in the Windjammer

Recommended Posts

Last month on the Explorer they had the milk cartons.

I hope they do this month too. Will be on the Explorer Aug. 28th. I need my daily dose of milk for breakfast.

Someone said that the "fridge" in the cabin didn't keep the milk cold....of course not, it isn't a fridge, it's just a cooler. Won't keep things cold for long.

Gwen :)

Hope they still have it! We are sailing EOS on Aug 23!

We were on Legend and then Freedom in January. I can't remember which one but I think that it was on Legend, they had the "fake" non refrigerated milk for room service. It was awful. Windjammer had the real milk.

Cartons of Borden milk on the Allure last week! Chocolate and white milk (I think skim and 2%???). Avaliable in the WJ and Johnny Rockets (only places we at breakfast) and I saw a kid with a carton at dinner!

I had milk in the windjammer on freedom in May. Unfortunately I won't be having milk on a ship again as it was bad!! It had soured and I poured it out of the carton into my coffee and didn't look right.. So I tasted it and yeah worst taste ever. Plus I had to just leave the coffee. I didn't see a date on the carton so idk what happened. Just a warning!

I like milk, but for whatever reason could care less about having it on vacation:D I guess when travelling I'd rather have all that hi-fat bacon, sausage and eggs for a change.

Got to agree with you on this one! Saying that US milk differs in taste to the good old UK stuff anyway!! However it does mean i am unlikely to get a cup of tea for a week :( #howdoesabritcope!
