35 statues in London and Manchester are now "talking statues"

 

 

Scan the barcode with your smartphone and you will receive a telephone call from the statue telling you about their life

 

Written by historians and voiced by some of the best British actors, such as Hugh Bonneville from Downton, hear Queen Victoria dispel myths about her, Sherlock Holmes tell you about his latest case.

 

Sounds awesome doesn't it?! I've not tried them out myself so would be interested to hear from someone who has

How can you determine which statues in the city talk? Are they identified somehow? Does sound interesting!

There is a plaque on each statue with barcode to scan with iPhone ... Or other smart phone
