Why the long lines at Guest Services on 1st day?

Unfortunately, guest services is the only place that you can take care of certain things like onboard account set up with cash, switching guest/cabins, etc. This is when Faster to the Fun can come in really handy...if you are lucky enough to purchase one of the few spots ;)

My experience with GS on the first day was on the Ecstasy. My room key didn't work (twice!) and then I couldn't turn the hot water down at all. It was boiling hot, so there was no way I was going to be able to take a shower until they came and fixed it.
