I now know that this is not the case and that it is basically a list of different pillows you can order in the suites either pre-concierge or upon arrival or from the Butler. Letter was very brief gave a phone number and email but did not provide any details.i called the number yesterday but after 45 minutes in the queue I had to drop off the line and head to a meeting. On my last cruise, the pillows were so soft and squishy I couldn't sleep on them. The next morning I asked him for firmer pillows and he got them for me right away.
