Dizzneefan Posted August 24, 2014 #1 Share Posted August 24, 2014 We sail to Alaska next June on the Legend and I thought on one of our sea days we might try Tea Time, providing it is offered. (Heaven forbid we go 30 minutes without eating). Has anyone every gone and can share information. Are reservations required? Dress up? Etc
mistycruiser Posted August 24, 2014 #2 Share Posted August 24, 2014 We've done tea time several times. It's usually around 3pm on a sea day in one of the dining rooms. Time and location will be in the funtimes. It's not formal just casual wear. They'll come around with a box of different teas for you to select which kind you want and then they'll come around with carts with various items like cucumber sandwiches and desserts. They'll seat you at tables with others normally and it's a nice afternoon break. Try it at least once to see if you like it.
Dizzneefan Posted August 24, 2014 Author #3 Share Posted August 24, 2014 Thanks for the response. As a dip in the pool may not be appealing in Alaska I think tea time may be a fun activity.
