I asked following: I am planning a little dinner next week and would like to suprise my guests with a menu from one of my past cruises. Can you suggest some dishes to me? The following two menus I would suggest for this time of the year Menu 01 Mango wedges wrapped with Prosciutto Fresh Spinach with grapes, pear and blue cheese tossed with Port-wine shallot vinaigrette Halibut Fillet with Mango-Cucumber Relish, Lemongrass Beurre Blanc Serve with vegetables in season and pan-fried potatoes Fresh Berry Napoleon with Strawberry-White Chocolate Mousse Menu 02 Bouquet of white asparagus served on Tomato Bruschetta Tuna Tartar with Wilted Greens and Arugula-Lime Vinaigrette Braised Lamb Shank a la Bonne Femme Red wine braised lamb shanks with root vegetables and couscous Papaya and Kiwi Compote with Lime Mint Sauce With Culinary regards, Bernhard I guess I will be able to now to recreate some nice dinners the same way (hopefully) we experienced them onboard during our cruises.
