Who are the current bartenders in the Glory Alchemy Bar?

Any recent cruisers know who are the current bartenders in the Glory Alchemy Bar? I was on in June and I know Violeta was the head bartender but she's on vacation now and going to the Sunshine when her vacation is over. Loved her!

I can't help you yet. We will be on the Glory in just over a week. I will come back to let you know! Also, do you know if drinks in the Alchemy bar are part of the CHEERS package? Will be our first time on a ship with a Alchemy bar!

Any drink under $10 is covered under cheers. I had quite a few different martinis from Alchemy and they were all covered under cheers. If you like martinis you'll be hooked because they make amazing martinis and the service is the best on the ship!

 

Appreciate if you tell me when you get back who's currently there. :)

Love Violeta! Met her on the Conquest this past December. Best bartender in the fleet and a fun friend to chat with.

Brian was on the glory with another woman, can't remember her name. I know it wasn't adri though. Brian mentioned though that he would be getting off the ship in a few weeks to compete for the Bacardi bartender competition.

 

I hope you get to enjoy dr. E as your cruise director, he was awesome.

Adri was on my cruise on the Conquest in March. She was great but Violeta was definitely better IMO. Looks like there will be new bartenders at the Alchemy, hoping they're good. :)

 

I've never remembered a cruise directors name and my cruise would be much more enjoyable without hearing them all the time.

I'm sailing on the Glory in October and hope they have fun bartenders at the Alchemy too! I love the Alchemy bar and the bartenders can really put your experience above and beyond what's expected. :)

 

I haven't had Brian as a bartender but have had Violeta and Adri, both amazing. Can anyone confirm the current bartenders?

It's Carnival's martini bar and the drinks are amazing! I find the staff at the Alchemy Bar are consistently among the best on the ship.

The best drinks I've ever had on a cruise ship were at the Alchemy bar on the Conquest and the Ladies working there were great.. :)

Currently there is Johana, Aleksandar , and Salma. It's Salma's first week on Alchemy so she is still learning. Alex has been 2 weeks but he is awesome. Johana has been doing it for a year and a half. Alex and Johana love a challenge. I just sit down and they make me something. I give them free range and have not been disappointed yet.

We were on the Glory in Jan 2013 and Ioana and Violeta were at the Molecular Bar. They were the absolute best making this one of our favorite cruises ever. We've sailed Celebrity since then on the Equinox and the Molecular Bar vs Celebrity Martini bar competition wasn't even close, winner Molecular. Nothing wrong with Celebrity, the Molecular was just better. The Molecular is the best bar at sea in my opinion. I had the drink package and everything I ordered was covered.

I wonder if this is Jovana who was on the Conquest previously. We just loved her! She made the best drinks and was a lot of fun to talk to. Would be great if she is on the Glory when we sail in February.

No her name is Johana. She is from Mexico. She only going to be on the Glory till November then she going to Sunshine.

If you are on cheers and even if you're not I suggest you let them make you drinks on their own. Let them go off the menu.

Alchemy bar has a "secret" menu too. But I went through all of those and Johana and Alaksander really went to town then.

There are 3 bartenders. Salma - Johanna- And Alix ! They are amazing. We just got off the ship two weeks ago. Have Salma make you the cucumber drink, tell her the Queen of Manhattan says Hi,, the bar is awesome and so are all 3 of these talents. Also go see Tutty at the adult pool bar in the aft section, she rocks to. :J,, we went everyday to the Alchemy and Im addicted to it .

Johanna is no longer at the Alchemy because of a pinched nerve in her neck. Last week, she was at the casino bar, but she told us she was leaving ship soon to go on break. I have her info somewhere in my bags...going to unpack today and when I find the info, I will post in here.
