Does the Indy have windows in the dining rooms. I can't tell by looking at the deckplans or outside pics.

Yes, there are windows on all 3 decks.

Decks 4 and 5 have the largest windows. Floor to ceiling...:D Deck 3 has large port holes. Heres a pic of the Liberty we took from the Indy, the large block of windows towards the back between the life boats is the main dinning room, decks 4 and 5, deck 3 as you can see has the large port holes.
