Coral Princess - Panama Canal 11 day

I am looking for feedback from folks who took the 11 day Panama canal cruise. Especially how the ship is, servers and the ports themselves.

There have been many reviews posted over the past season including a few live froms. That said, given the Alaskan season is her current home, for server info and most current ship conditions I would look there, as there probably was substantial turnover since the last PC sailings.

We loved the Coral and this cruise. Just the right amount of time with ports and sea days. We had a mini suite which was just the right size for our family (DH, me and 16 yo). Ship is smaller which made it easier to get around.

They did have a good waiter/server crew in April and the Captain was also great but since the Coral left the Panama canal I'll bet 75% of the crew has changed. Most of the guys I talked to back in April were going home on vacation in 2 or 3 months. The Captain was retiring & if I recall the Capt circle host was changing ships.

People are always asking about how the food is for a cruise they plan on taking 6 months from now but everything changes so fast it almost doesn't pay ask.
