ccl obc, how do you know when accepted

FAX in information last Tuesday, is there anyplace on the carnival website that shows it's posted, I booked thru a ta if that makes any difference.

I assume you are asking about the CCL stock? If so, you will get an email from Guest Administration telling you it was accepted. You can find it on your cruise documents through your booking, usually on page 2 or 3.

On CCL website go to the manage my cruise tab. Click on booking and go to view documents. Look through there.

 

Who did you fax request for OBC to.. your TA or to Carnival? The reason I ask is because it has to go through your TA.

I FAX to carnival, not my ta. Done it this way on princess.

There is a price reduction form that you fill out and submit online. Then it will show up on your cruise documents when approved.

Who sends me this document, carnival is who I sent FAX to. Or do I get in contact with my ta?

I fax my shareholder request directly to the cruise line. One less step for my TA..never had a problem.

I faxed it the first couple of times then saw some folks state they email it in. So now I do that and it works very well.

you do, not your travel agent if that is the way you booked, that is personal information and has nothing to with your travel agent.

 

for regular OBC

 

if you booked your cruise directly with Carnival you do

 

BUT

 

if you booked your cruise with a travel agent,, they have to do the form for you to be accepted..

 

if you go to your cruise documents you should see OBC underneath where all your payment information --- it will be listed as credits
