ucanttaketheboy Posted September 15, 2014 #1 Share Posted September 15, 2014 Would be grateful for some help from the forums great and good. Had cause on recent cruise to cancel a shore excursion whilst on board, The excursion had been booked through Cruise Personaliser before sailing. Cancellation was made more than 48 hrs before the excursion was due to depart. Was informed by the Explorers team that the monies would be refunded in full to the credit card used to book the excursion, however a 10% cancellation would be charged to my onboard account. My grype is that I don't remember whether or not that such a surcharge is stated on CP's T&Cs, and now cannot access my CP as the cruise has been and gone. I suspect it probably will be buried in the small print somewhere, but won't be clear. I suspect P&O have a nice little earner going here!
BrianI Posted September 15, 2014 #2 Share Posted September 15, 2014 Looked on my cruise personaliser but could not find anything there. Cancellation terms are on the website here https://ask.pocruises.com/help/PO/on-shore/canx_shorex Brian
ucanttaketheboy Posted September 15, 2014 Author #3 Share Posted September 15, 2014 Thanks for the reply Brian. It is clearly stated on there that a 10% fee would apply.
