Manhattan Cruise Terminal

What time can you start arriving at the terminal for check in? We're having a transportation issue all of the sudden and the person dropping us off would like to have us there as early as possible as he has to be somewhere else (Philadelphia) by 1:00pm

Early is no problem. You will have to wait for check in to begin however.

There is a refreshment stand and vending machines. Hot dog cart outside (not sure he is there very early).

Boarding begins about 11:30 for most passengers. Casino people and weddings are on first.
