La Bufadora Sold??

I heard that La Bufadora area was sold to another owner and that the vendors there were evicted. Something about the new owner wanting to make it a more modern attraction. Can anyone whos gone recently confirm this. Trying to plan our day there in 3 weeks.

unlikely, as no news in a google search, and it is a major tourist attraction in an area... of little current alternative uses

 

we suggest, rent a car from Fiesta car rental ($50 - walking distance to Hotel Corona and the Fiesta car rental desk- ask anyone), and see it all for $20 gas
