2 years ago it was easy,we had a set dining time, and the Dining room manager came over every night to go thru the menu for the next evening to make sure things were set for the following night. We are doing anytime on our next cruise, so this has us a little concerned as to how it will work.

Anyone who has been thru this with anytime dining and food allergies, please share how Carnival worked with you. Thank you!

Just did ATD with DD who is allergic to peanuts and treenuts.

We went to the MDR. Upon boarding and were able to preorder for the first night.

Her slip was at the hostess stand, waiting for us. When we were seated the hostess gave the waiter her slip and the waiter confirmed the order.

At some point during the meal the hostess returned to take her order for the next evening. She was also asked if she wanted to order for brunch or breakfast.

On the buffet speak to the lido chef about ingredients. Be careful of cross contamination. Being first on line helps.
