Since i am not good with words. I will keep it as simple as possible. We arrived in Seattle a day before our cruise. We definitely got lucky on the weather. It was sunny and warm. We checked in to our hotel Crowne Plaza Downtown Seattle at 3:30pm but we were told our room was not ready. I'm a Platinum member of IHG. Right before we arrive the hotel, i checked their mobile app and noticed they have upgraded me from standard room to 2 Queen Executive Room. We didn't need two beds. So, I told the front desk agent I only need a king room. The agent politely informed me that the official check in time is at 4pm. They will call me when the room is ready. DH and I were sitting in the lobby and discussing what to do next. Within a few minutes, the agent waved me over and told me they have changed the upgrade to an Executive Suite.

It's Sunday. Boarding day. We got up early and went have continental breakfast at the executive lounge.

At 10:45am. We checked out the hotel and requested Uber to come pick to us. Within 10 mins, the driver showed up and took us to Pier 66. It was about $7.00

*Baggage drop off took the longest time. I would say about 15-20 mins to go through it.

*Check-in was pretty quick. There was a bunch of people in the terminal waiting for boarding. Only a few were in line for check in. After we checked in. We waited another 15-20 mins and our boarding number was called.

*bad picture here. Very blurry. My hand was steady enough. I had a handbag on my left shoulder, camera on my hand while my right hand was pulling my carry on.

More random pics....

The sun was big on the departure day. It was HOT! 84'F. We should hang at the balcony for too long. We shut the door and pulled the curtain to block the sun. Turned the AC to low.... arhh... nice cool breeze..We planned to go to the desk 12 to wave goodbye to people when the ship is leaving but we missed it. I was unpacking. Suddenly i felt a movement. I opened the curtain and bam! We were sailing! Oh boy, i was mad! I love waving to people.
