Giovanni's on Voyager

I was looking last night on the RCI website at their deck plans for the refurbished Voyager OTS and it is showing that the ship won't actually have Giovanni's Table until around April next year. Is it actually being added during the dry dock next month, or will it not be available until when the website says? Seems a little strange that they won't be adding it at a time when they're doing all the other work.

GT will replace the disco on deck 4. Izumi will go the VCL & Chops will go where Portofino is now located at the entrance of the Windjammer.

Do we know if anything is happening with Dynamic Dining? The website isn't saying anything, so maybe not? The website is already advertising that Oasis will be receiving it.
