Celebrity Excursion @ George Town, GC

Does X have an excursion offering a day pass to any of the resorts in GT? I have read that all cruiselines have a contract with a particular resort, but if X does I don't see it on the shore excursion list on their site. :confused: Thanks :)

They used to have a "Beach Break" excursion, which we took. The area along Seven Mile Beach is gorgeous, and there are several areas a cab can drop you off. Right across from the old Holiday Inn is a beach I believe is called SeaGrape beach. There are loung chairs and beach beverage and food service. Check out the Grand Cayman site for more info. I actually found info on SeaGrape there and will not use the ship excursion after that.

Thanks for the quick response & info. :) I have been reading the Cayman Islands "ports of call" board. That's where I read that the ship should have a contract with a resort, or maybe it was fodors.com. :confused: I've been reading alot. :D I'll look for more info. on SeaGrape. I haven't seen it on that board yet. I'll do a search now that I know what I'm looking for. :)
