Cable Beach with small kids

Hi everyone,

 

Excuse me if such a question has been asked before. I scrolled through and couldn't find anything.

 

Myself, husband, 4 year old and toddler, who will be 21 months old at the time of travel, are going on the Norwegian Getaway at the end of November. We want to go to Cable beach for the day. I'm trying to figure out the best possible way to get there from the cruise port. As we won't have car seats, will that be a problem?

 

If anyone recommends any equally stunning beaches in close proximity to the cruise port, please advise!

may run into some issues if safety of your child is a concern...which I assume it would be :) There is a Hilton walking distance from the cruise ship port...about 10-15 mins walk. You can purchase a day pass there and use their beach and pool. They may be a nice option for your situation.

Yes, this is the resort in the webcam. The rate is $60 for adults and 1/2 price for kids.

Adults get a $40 voucher for lunch, kids get $15.

BCH is a quiet, relaxed property with a small pool. It's not a party place.
