Monarch - Stateroom Guarantee

We are thinking about the 4 night Baja Cruise week of Apr 10-14 and checked RCI website for prices and noticed that they were not offering the interior stateroom guarantee on this cruise. Does anyone know why this status would not be offered? This week does happen to be when a lot of schools here in Northern CA are on spring break. Could this be the reason?

 

Are guarantees not offered if a cruise line thinks they may sell out? Any help would be appreciated.

Guarantees are not osld on every cruise... they are mostly sold on the less-popular cruises, and are often the first category to be sold out.
