I believe the walk-off started around 8am. I would be sure to choose self-assist disembarkation and have a private shuttle service to minimize any waiting time. You can get ideas for shuttle services from the Gulf Departures board:

We just did walk off on Navigator last week. We were in group C and left at 8 am. There was only 1 line that we saw until you got to the customs area then there were 10 but they direct you to a specific line. Maybe there's 2 lines once regular debark starts as there will be a separate line for the porters. There was no porter line for us as it was self assist.

We took the RCI shuttle to IAH which is a lot further than Hobby and were at the airport by 10:15am.

Hope this helps.

Thank you for info can you just go out and see a cab easy to get back to the airport after the cruise ? Like most ports ?

Yes, but it's about $100 for a taxi ride to the closest airport (Hobby) and even more expensive to Intercontinental.
