How is spring hill suites Miami airport east medical?

We are staying there and know its close to the port 10 min no traffic. How is their shuttle service? Reliable? A lot of times at these hotels there is so much waiting around and your shuttle doesn't come when it a suppose to. Wonder if we should book a car service or try to get a cab? I just dont like waiting around. Thanks!

Ooops I should have mentioned going from hotel to cruise port.

It's because of delays or schedules that we use cabs. If things don't go quick enough for you, just grab a cab.They will be avail. Definitely not a car service. Cab will be under $20.

Have stayed at this hotel a couple of times and have used their shuttle service. Shuttle driver was incredibly friendly and on time. Couldn't have asked for better. Went for an evening walk when we arrived to the grocery store to get a couple of bottles of wne for the cruise....not the safest area to walk in at night.

Hotel was nice though with a good breakfast and Starbucks coffee available.
