Can I book the day/time that I want for the BBB online at 72 days out? If not, what is the process? Do I select the dress style and size at time of booking?

Yup, you can book BBB online. I'm not sure about the princess costume choices. Our daughters booked the pirate package (they asked for size at booking), and the mermaid package (asked for color and size). So I'd assume they'll ask for your costume choice and size when you book but I don't have firsthand knowledge of this.

The dresses are a lot nicer than at WDW or on the ship. And the cost is "only" 1000GDP. For those of us who earn our money in dollars, that's about $1600.
